What Solvara is — and is not

Solvara provides build-ready planning and coordination: design, budgeting guidance, and coordination across financing preparation, engineering, and the path to construction. Solvara is not a builder, general contractor, lender, engineer, or real estate broker. When we connect you with a builder, lender, or other professional, that is a qualified introduction and coordination only — not a placement, approval, endorsement, or guarantee. Solvara coordinates and prepares; it does not guarantee final cost, financing, permitting, contractor availability, or construction outcomes.

Not professional advice

The information on this site is general and provided for planning purposes. It is not legal, financial, engineering, or construction advice, and it does not replace the judgment of a licensed professional. Building codes, permits, and requirements vary by state, county, and site, and you are responsible for confirming them locally.

Cost ranges and estimates

Any cost figures shown are planning ranges, not quotes or bids. Our per-square-foot ranges are blended under-roof planning estimates (living area, garage, and covered porches), from sub-slab plumbing and up, and they exclude land, site work, utilities, septic, well, driveways, and finish upgrades unless stated otherwise. A metal building kit price is the cost of the kit, not a finished home. Actual costs depend on your design, site, finishes, and the contractor you select.

Your submissions

When you send us information through the site, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you give us permission to use it to respond to you and support your project as described in our Privacy Policy.
