Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it. Written to be read, not buried.

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Solvara LLC (“Solvara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with solvarahomes.com and the planning and coordination services described on it. Solvara provides build-ready planning and coordination — we are not a builder, general contractor, or lender.

Information you give us

When you submit our planning form or contact us directly, we collect the details you choose to share. That typically includes your name, email address, and phone number, and may include your state, county or city, land status, budget range, financing status, the services you're interested in, your timeline, and anything you write in the notes. You control what you send us — you don't have to provide anything beyond the required contact fields to reach us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This helps us improve the pages and the planning process. You can opt out using your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to prepare planning and coordination guidance, to follow up about your project, and to improve our website and services. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand and improve site performance.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations: with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you (for example, Formspree, which processes our form submissions, and Google Analytics); when you specifically ask us to make a qualified introduction — for instance, to a lender or a builder — in which case we share only what is needed for that introduction and only with your go-ahead; and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not hand your information to builders, lenders, or other third parties without your request.

Data retention

We keep the information you send for as long as needed to respond to you and support your project, and as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us by emailing us at the address below. You can also opt out of analytics as described above, and you can decline to provide information — though some of it is needed for us to respond.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
